1. Key Features & Design

• 3D Character or Lotus Flower Design: Built using lightweight cardstock, papercraft, or durable plastic components. These feature popular themed characters (like Doraemon, Spider-Man, Chhota Bheem, or anime icons) or traditional lotus petal/fan structures.
• Mechanical Pop-Up Mechanism: The unit includes a spring-loaded or thermal trigger base. Once activated, the folded structure opens up or unfolds automatically into a 3D figure, fan, or blooming flower.
• Integrated Fuse or Candle Wick: Located at the top of the figure or center stem is a small candle wick/sparkler fuse.
• Decorative Base Stand: Comes with a broad circular platform or food-safe plastic pedestal, ensuring stability on top of frosted cakes without damaging the icing.

2. How It Works

1. Placement: Insert or rest the base stand directly onto the center of the frosted cake.
2. Ignition: Light the small wick at the top using a match or lighter.
3. Surprise Activation: As the fuse burns down briefly, it triggers the internal release mechanism—causing the candle top to pop open or reveal its full 3D character design/blooming petals.
4. Music/Sparkle Effect (Optional): Many variants feature a small musical chip that plays “Happy Birthday” or emit a short, low-smoke sparkle effect upon opening.

3. Common Themes & Variations

• Anime & Cartoon Characters: Doraemon, Chhota Bheem, Shin-chan, Pikachu.
• Superheroes: Spider-Man, Batman, Avengers.
• Festive & Floral: Classic Lotus Blossom, Happy Birthday Fan, Clown & Banner themes.
