How to Use / Application Tips

1. Surface Preparation: Clean both target surfaces thoroughly with rubbing alcohol or a degreaser to remove dust, oil, or moisture. Ensure surfaces are completely dry.
2. Application Temperature: Apply ideally at room temperature (between 21°C to 38°C / 70°F to 100°F). Cold surfaces can reduce initial adhesive grab.
3. Firm Pressure: Press down firmly across the entire length of the tape after application. Pressure-sensitive adhesives rely on physical contact pressure to maximize bond strength.
4. Cure Time: While initial hold is immediate, acrylic and industrial-grade foam tapes typically reach 50% strength in 20 minutes and full maximum bond strength after 24 to 72 hours.
